This typical Berlin building from the turn of century includes a residential front building as well as a former soap factory in the back. The factory building has been stripped to its core and transformed into apartments that show its specific industrial history, A unique element are the duplex family units in the ground floor and souterrain. What has been the most unattractive floor of the building is home now to very special spaces with a double-height living room and access to a private garden in the dug off back yard.
